When you book with Bright Minds Tutoring, we collect your name, email address, and phone number to confirm and manage your booking. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — Bright Minds Tutoring does not store your card details.
Your details are used to deliver the service you’ve booked, to contact you about your booking, and to keep a record of your booking history with Bright Minds Tutoring. The legal basis is that we need them to carry out the booking you asked for (UK GDPR: performance of a contract). We don’t sell your data.
Bright Minds Tutoring is responsible for your data (the “data controller”).
